Management assistant is a post who works under the manager. They are also called assistant to manager. They coordinate with the manager in their day to day schedule or work. In the absence of manger it is the manager’s responsibility to lead the team or task. The work of the assistant manager is not very much different. They have the authority to make any decisions and perform work and duties on it.
There are some questions which are asked during the management interviews.
1. Are you comfortable with number of phones and calls in your cabin?
Yes I am quite comfortable with attending no. of calls and phones and I have done it before also. As the telephonic conversation is a first form of interaction.
2. What is your greatest strength and how it boosts to your performance?
My greatest strength is my organizational skill. In my previous job I have prepared many client charts, organized meetings and I was quite successful in my job, and also this helped me to achieve number of tasks in short amount of time.
3. What does trust means to you?
Trust means to believe on somebody. For instance if I lost my wallet and I don’t have money to go home then it is a trust that my best friend would give me the money.
4. What do you expect from this kind of job?
You have to show your responsibility that it is a very responsible position in any organization, what I do it will affect the company accordingly. So be responsible and alert.
5. What your subordinates say about you?
It doesn’t matter me what my co-workers and subordinates say about me. Because responsibilities are first to serve and I don’t take interest in their talks as these are only gossips.
6. Why do you want to work here?
I have a much experience in this field and I always want to work in your organization. After a long period of time today I have a chance to prove myself. The other reason is, your company give the chance to hard workers and is also a developed company in a market sector.
7. Your hobbies?
My hobbies are reading business magazines, playing cricket and listening to music.
