The projects can be different so their respective jobs also can differ. The main function of the management coordinator is to make the coordination with different people and providing them better resources and informations.

There are the some questions and their answers which are generally asked during the interviews.

    1. What is your experience/tell something about your experience in respective field.
It is not a very difficult question, you can give the answer very well if you are confident. The best way to go through this question is - write some of your work experience in different projects, the objective of the project etc. and prepare how to express it two or three times before your interview.

    2. Tell us about your worst project you handled so far.
Remember there is nothing which is worst, we are the people who make it worst. So you can deliver your answer like: as far as concerned I don’t think so any project is worst but yes they can have some difficulties to accomplish it. So never say xyz project was very worst, you can tell them about the difficulties you faced in completing that project.

    3. Have you failed to any of your tasks?
This is a question by which your honesty will be checked. Tell them about the projects or tasks where you had failed to accomplish it. You should be true and honest. Do add this line, I am trying to improve my mistakes and learned a lot from my failures.

    4. What are your career goals?
Here the recruiters only want to know that are you focused to your aim or not. Your career goal should be one and focused, don’t make any options related to your career. If you tell them about your optional career then the interviewer will think that you are very much confused and also you cannot make the decisions better. So aim the target and hit the bull.

    5. Can you take risks to your projects?
Here you have to make a balance between that you can take a risk or not? If not then why, and if yes then how?
