  • The person playing the role to this post is known as Managing Director. He is a director of an organization or a company. In most of the organizations he could be a senior executive director and work only under the chairman of the board. He is usually the head of the company and can also be known as CEO (Chief Executive officer). He is free to plan and can direct the company’s strategy anytime. His responsibility is to inform the reports of the company annually, half yearly, quarterly or monthly basis to the board of directors showing that how the organization or company is performing.

    There are some of the questions given below which are commonly asked in Management Director Interviews.

    1. What do you know about this company?
    The recruiter is checking that you have knowledge of other companies in the market or not. You can answer like this, I was working as a Manager in xyz company and that company has a business relations with your company. The xyz company has shared many projects with your company so I am very much aware about this organization and working atmosphere.

    2. Have you failed in your any project?
    It is a very important question and the interviewer is checking that you are loyal or not. Prove your loyalty and you can say like this, I never been failed in my projects but have done some small mistakes. I pointed out my mistakes and improved that. Now I review my project plans carefully before starting them in order to avoid mistakes.

    3. How you manage your projects requirements?
    You have to tell that before starting my projects I make a project plan. I divide the work to my subordinates according to their skills. Due to this they collect the important requirements which they can and the important resources such as project expenditures, for that I write a letter to my senior.

    4. Why are you considering leaving your present job?

    You can say that in my previous job I was working as a manager and now I have gained much experience. So I am wishing to grow one step ahead in my career.

    5. Suppose you are a managing director of this company, then for upcoming project what will you do?
    As a managing director of this company firstly I will plan for the project and will research well on this project. Here you should be confident and don’t hesitate, because if you give the answer boldly then sure you will score well in your interview.
