1. Why should we hire you as a manager?

2. Are you a good manager?
You should say yes I am a good manager and prove it by relaying some examples. You should give some incidents and make a stress on some of your experiences which will represent you as a good manager.

3. What do you expect from this job?
Here you should avoid your personal security. Keep the answer task oriented. You should show your responsibilities.

4. If you have a chance to hire a people then what do you look for?
If I get a chance to hire a people then I will look flexibility, talents in them. Mention that I will hire to those people only who can help the organization to move on.

5. What type of boss you like?
Be positive to your answer. You can say that the boss should be capable of handling all the tasks and he must be helpful and can make successful coordination with their co-workers.

6. Do you consider yourself a successful manager?
Your answer should be yes and explain them briefly why you are a successful manager. A good answer is that I have set my aim and I follow the track which I have made in order to achieve the goal.

7. Are you applying for any other jobs also?
Here you should be honest to your answer. Keep your answer focused, don’t distract the recruiters.

8. What kind of packager do you need?
Here the recruiter is asking about the salary and you should not answer it directly, rather you can ask tell me what is the range for this position? In most of the cases the interviewer say we will tell you about the salary. So use your mind here.
