Management specialist jobs are just like the other management jobs but they are restricted to one specialized management stream. Here the manager has a specialization in a particular field; it can be a Business management, Engineering management, Information Technology Management, Medical management, Health management etc. In Management Specialist Interviews a candidate has to answer the questions related to his field.

1. What experience do you have in this field?
Here you have to tell about the specific things that relate to your position you are applying for. If you don’t have some specific experiences then tell them about your work which is close to your management stream or which links to your field.
2. Do you know anyone who works for us?
Here you should be alert because it can affect your answer. Don’t even say that my father or mother is working here, you can tell about your friends because they have asked about your friends not family.
3. If you had enough money to take a voluntary retirement then what would you do?
Yes I can take the retirement but right now I will prefer to work in order to get more experience. Remember you should give your answer confidently and always give your answer according to the condition.
4. What can you do for us that someone else cannot?
Here you should avoid your answer to get over highlighted. You can mention something specific from your resume or from your experiences. Tell them about what makes you valuable. Always tell them about your priorities.
5. If you had enough money and you are asked to take a voluntary retirement, then what will you do?
Yes I can take the voluntary retirement but I will prefer to work in order to gain some experience. Here you should represent yourself in a way that you are a hard worker and like to take challenges.
6. What is more important to you work or money?
You can impress the recruiters by saying money is more important but the work is most important for me, you should always focus to work not money.
