This type of environment helps me to work joyfully and decreases the work stress and it also promotes to learn something new.
3. What makes a good supervisor according to you?
Here you should have to tell about your skills and capabilities which make you a good supervisor. Your skills can be: A good learner, which helps you to learn new from your managers; a good planner, this helps you in planning a project according to the need of a time; Punctuality, this helps you to completing and delivering the products in time.
4. How would you rate your management skills on a rate of 10?
Don’t ever rate your skills 10/10 this shows you have full fledge knowledge in this area and sometimes interviewer thinks you are overconfident. Nobody can become an expert in his/her field, as the person always learns something new during his entire life. So you can rate yourself 9/10 or 8/10 but don’t go below this.
