Marketing is a commercial process which involves buying and selling of goods and services. It include identifying the needs of people, producing products and services to meet those needs, determining the price and finally distributing and promoting product to gain profit. Advertising is a way of bringing a product or service to the attention of potential or existing consumer. Marketing starts before actual production but advertising starts after production of goods and services.

2. What do you think it takes to be successful in an organization like this?
I think that determination, willingness to work hard and a desire to excel in everything you do are key attributes for a successful employee in this company. A successful employee would also need to handle pressure well, be a great communicator and an excellent team member.

3. Describe the three most important skills you have that would play a key role in your advertising career. Which of the three skills are your weakest?
I think the three most important skill required in this field are creativity, presentation skills and good communication skills. I think I have all these skills.

4. What challenges do you think you’ll face in this job?
There are few challenges in this job such as meeting regular deadlines, strains of making resource available, various conflicting priorities, and issues related to budget.

5. What salary range are you looking for?
I think you have a good idea of what this position is worth to your company. I’m sure whatever salary you’re paying is consistent with the rest of the market. I am sure that your company offers a fair compensation scale.

6. Would you like to ask any question?
You should ask plenty of questions from interviewer to show interest in the position and company. The employer won’t hire someone who has no questions. You should prepare question in advance for the interviewer such as the growth scope, your project etc.
