I have an analytical thinking power, an ability to motivate and inspire a team, an experience with the delivering against targets, skills with developing and building relationships with clients and an ability to develop new sales leads, products and markets. Most important I have chosen this field for increasing the scope of my knowledge and fulfilling my needs and wants.

    4. Where are you looking yourself in the future?
    I am looking myself as CEO of the big organization which has global impact and as a famous person who able enough to secure all types of the future benefits.

    5. How do you handle in difficult situations with your employee?
    I will direct them by showing their priority towards their work. I will also try to motivate and inspire them with my convincing and persuading behavior. I will also try to develop cordial relations with them to meet the benefits.

    6. Finally, as a Marketing and Sales Director, how will you go persuade the customers that our product is the best one in the market?
    Well, I will try to formulate a unique strategy purely based on the marketing research of the brand. Then, I would like to persuade them by showing the best quality, top class brand equity name and future benefits of the products.
