Well sir, I am a Graduate in the field of Science and Master in Business Administration. I am also diploma holder in the Retail Management.
2. What do you mean by Marketing?
Marketing is the transactional exchange of product and services and products which is for the customer to provide them benefits. It is a management process which is responsible for the identification, satisfaction and anticipation of customer requirements and profitability. It means it is totally based on the changing needs, wants and demands of the customer by the change in the fulfillments processes.
3. Define the word Management.
Management is the total construction, dispensation and delivery of information within the organization to maintain its life cycle.
4. Why you have chosen to do the course MBA or PGDM?
Sir, I have seen that in every steps of our life we need to manage the things. As my mother try to manage the house and father try to manage the financial position. So I have thought it’s better to manage them having certain degree in hand. Most important I have all the quality to be the manager.
5. Why do you think you are suitable for this job?
Well, I am suitable for this job because I think the quality needed for this is within me. I am smart or beautiful, hard working individual having the convincing and persuading behavior. I am also very strong in my communication skill which is one of the basic requirements of this job.
6. What is the basic difference between Marketing and sales?
Well sir, marketing is an activity which is totally customer oriented where as sales is profit oriented activity. In marketing we try to fulfill the needs and demands of customer by manufacturing the products of their needs where as in sales we provide the products or services anyhow to the customer to manage the money or contracts in its return.
