A Mechanical Engineer is a person who has to work on various types of machines that produce, transmit, or use power. They are concerned with mechanisms and methods that convert natural energy sources into practical uses. They also have to over see installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems. 1. Tell us something about qualification, training and education?
I am a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer and I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. I am fully qualified for the job of a Mechanical Engineer as I am very well versed in design and implementation, database management, product engineering, root cause analysis, project management and process improvement. In addition to this I am also efficient in problem solving skills.
2. Can you tell us something about the responsibilities that you had in your previous position?
In my previous position as a Mechanical Engineer I had was responsible for various things. I was responsible for repairing electronic home machines, providing home services and taking new orders, supervising subordinates, preparing budget on machines and services and Investigated equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
3. We would like to know about the duties that you had in your last two previous jobs?
In my last two jobs I worked as part of a team that included scientists who develop new theories and methods, and mechanical engineering technicians who assist engineers with some of their more routine tasks. In addition to this I had to design and develop various machines that use energy including air conditioners, power saws, elevators, and printing presses. I also performed personnel functions, such as supervision of production workers, technicians, technologists and other engineers, and design of evaluation programs.
4. Have you ever worked under pressure? If yes then what was for experience like?
I am a highly skillful and efficient worker and in my previous jobs, many times I had to work under pressure for long hours when client projects had to be completed. I take it as a challenge to work in pressurized environments as it gives me a chance to grow and develop good progressive qualities.
