  • Management has different layers, in which middle management is one of them. Middle management comes in the middle part. Its main duty is to check the activities of their subordinates and send the reports to the upper management.

    There are different questions which are commonly asked during the interviews.

    1. Tell us about your experience in setting budgets.
    Budgets are the company’s expenditures which are set in order to complete the project without going overbudget. So tell them by highlighting one of your project you did. How you prepared your budgets, what steps you followed, have you completed your project under a budget line or not? These are the some basic questions which you can analyze yourself.

    2. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure.
    You can say like this, that you can work better under certain types of pressure. Give them some examples where you have worked successfully under pressure and also show them your pressure minimizing ability by which you can achieve your aim very easily.

    3. Are you an underqulified or overqualified for this position?
    In spite of your qualifications tell them that you are a well qualified person for this job.

    4. How many assignments you have done in your precious job?
    Tell them about your projects and assignments you have completed. You can also tell about your favorite assignment which you enjoyed a lot, and very complicated project in which you have face so many difficulties and how you completed it.

    5. Tell me about your behavior?
    Express yourself in such a way that you are a kind of person who always thinks positive, and you have excellent planning ability. You can easily make good relations with the people.

    6. What is your salary expectation?

    Here take a few seconds before answering. You can say I expect a handsome salary. Don’t say in figures if it is not asked to do so. You can also say that I expect salary according to my designation and if you are very much confident about your skills and experiences then you can say I expect this much.

    7. What are your hobbies?
    Hobbies are related to your tasks which you like to do in your spare time. Every body do something in his free time. So tell them what you like to do in your free time.
