This will help to improve the quality of the education that the children are getting.

4. How Do You Communicate With The Parents?
The best way to let the parents know about the status of their child is to send a weekly report that will describe about all the completed and incomplete work. Thus the parents will also know about the progress of their children. Even monthly meetings can be organized so that the parents can share a few problems of their ward.

5. Describe Your Discipline Philosophy?
Proper rules should be laid down in the classroom so that they are followed strictly in the class. It is compulsory for all the students to abide by the rules and the regulations set by the teacher.
