New Grad Nursing is the profession in which the graduate nurse is performing and who has completed the course of study including hospital practice at a nurse’s training school. He or she is a person who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing.  He is also known as the trained nurse. He is liable person to perform the duties of grad nursing.
