Tell them about from where you have done your training or internship and how long it was. You can also say the area of your specialization and under which doctor you have done your training.
3. What makes you right for this job?
Here you can say about your management ability and caring nature. You can say that you have an ability to take a right decision in an emergency. Lastly you can add I know how to give first aid to any kind of patient in the absence of doctor.
4. Why do you work in our hospital?
Here your answer should be career oriented, that this hospital has maximum number of departments which will increase the chances to learn and definitely it will help me to perform well in my duties. Here I will get a chance to bear different responsibilities in one hospital.
5. Why did you leave your last job?
You can say, in my previous job I have to do only some tasks as that hospital has limited departments but I want to learn new things and want to handle some major responsibilities.
6. Do you have any questions? Or you want to ask something from us?
You can ask about, if you get selected then firstly what kind of responsibility will I have to bear? Or you can ask how many doctors work here etc. don’t say I don’t have any questions or I don’t have any query, this will make some bad impression on your recruiters.
