One of the major problems is the current shortage of trained nurses. The low nursing school enrollment due to poor perceptions of nursing as a fairly rewarded career and nurses leaving the profession before retirement age due to job dissatisfaction is also a big challenge. You need to be able to show your interest in nursing as a career by demonstrating that you have thought about the current and future issues facing nurses.
5. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Well sir, I am looking myself in the shoes of Nursing Director. I will also look myself as one of the renowned person in this field.

Yes sir, I think I am capable enough to have the leadership role. I have enough potential to lead any initiative work regarding this field. It definitely gives lots of pleasure to me as I love this profession very much.

Well sir, I can handle both small groups of people as well as the whole nursing program. I think I have caliber to handle both very field in influensive manner.
