The office manager is the person who looks after the office and manages various office staffs. You can take the example of an office manager working in a computer shop. It is quite sure that he will be responsible for the management of various office staff and also make sure that all the customers are satisfied. In other words you can say that the office manager is the link between the owner and the office staff. He makes sure that all the strategies are implemented in the store. If you want to become an office manager then you will have to pass an interview if you are not a fresher. However if you are a fresher then you will have to pass a written test as well.
I am listing below some of the interview questions which you will be asked during the interview. The questions are as follows:
1. What are your strength and weakness?
This is a very tough question and most of the people are confused about the correct answer. However you can say that your strength is your confidence in yourself and due to this I hardly find any weaknesses.
2. How do you know about us?
The perfect answer is that I came to know about your shop through newspaper ad in Florida. This will be the answer if you are an outsider. But if you are from the same city then you can say that you are a renowned name and I can to know about you from one of my friends.
3. Have you ever prepared the balance sheet?
If you are asked this question then be aware that that you are being confused. As far as the balance sheet is concerned it is prepared by the accountant. And you will have to reply soon that this is none of my business. This will prove that you know your job profile well.
4. Do you know about the CRM?
You must know that the CRM stands for customer relationship management. There is no office in the market which can stand without the CRM. In fact it is a kind of information system which is developed for the commercial activities of the company.
5. What would you do for the company if you are selected?
This is really one of the questions which can be asked from you at last. The perfect answer to this question is that you will use your skills to the maximum limit for the benefit of the store so that the owner can get the maximum profit.
