An Operating Room Nurse is the certified person who does the pre operative duties like giving Anesthesia and proper keeping of the surgical apparatus. Sir, I see myself as the Operation Room Manager and having all the pleasures which I wished.
3. What managerial competencies should OR nurse managers have knowledge of and understand?
Sir, a detailed examination of the technical, human and conceptual skills needed for administrators or managers to be effective. According to the study, individual progresses to higher management levels, the relative importance of each of his or her skills either increases or decreases. The managers have skilled subordinates who are assisted in applying requisite skill to specific situations, technical skills become less important for higher level managers. A conceptual skill is needed in this field and it become critical in effectively and efficiently solving managerial challenges.
4. What do you mean by the term Sabotage?
Well sir, Sabotage is a dysfunctional but common method of dealing with frustration and anger. When sabotage is directed at coworkers who are on the same level within an organization’s hierarchy, it is called horizontal violence. Understanding the causes behind horizontal violence requires an understanding of oppression theory.
5. Finally, make me aware about your Strengths and weakness?
Well sir, my strengths are my strong mental ability and my confidence level. I have an ability to teach and motivate and provide care to the peoples and create awareness towards their health. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills. I am little bit emotional.
