An Operation Management occupation is considered as a very responsible job. The Operation Manager has to be well qualified in his field in order to run the company or organization smoothly. Depending upon the company and industry type he has to perform accordingly. 1. Kindly brief us about yourself and your resume.
Tell about yourself and your qualities. You should tell relating to your career, what you want to become in future. In last you can tell something about your personal information like your family background, your father’s occupation etc. Keep in mind before going to an interview you should prepare your resume in such a way that you can tell the answers if the questions are asked relating to your resume. Your objective should be clear in your resume.
2. Brief us about your qualification as Operation Manager.
Tell them about your Degree or Diploma in Operation Manager and from where you completed your course. After that move to your professional experience and about the companies you served as an operation manager. Lastly tell them about your biggest achievement in field.
3. Tell us about your professional strengths and weaknesses.
You should tell them the strengths by which you get the goal, you can say that I am a good team leader and understand their requirements, I am very much able in assigning tasks to the employees according to their skills. If we talk about the weaknesses you can say that sometimes I forget my lunch or dinner if I am doing any project work. Represent your weakness in a positive way.
4. What you can say about us?
Here the recruiter is testing your information’s about his company or organization. He wants to check either you have enough knowledge about his company or not. Company always wants that the candidate should have adequate knowledge if he is appearing for the interview.
5. How do you give time to your hobbies?
From my hobbies, meditation is one of them. After having a busy schedule I meditate every morning and I give one hour daily to it. This keeps me fit after having such a busy schedule and stress.
Keep in mind you should give the answer what is asked don’t deviate from the subject, otherwise you will be in trouble and can lose a chance.
