An order entry clerk is a person who maintains a record of all the orders which are being made on behalf of the company to any of the associate company which provides the raw material or any type of finished goods to the company. Let me tell you that all these are being done on computers. Some database software is being used and you will be required to have some knowledge of the computer as well.

I would definitely like to request you that never try to give negative answers. You cannot really blame your previous HR or any high official. But always make sure that you give the positive answer.

2. Have you ever worked on the spreadsheet?
Believe me that even the fresh engineering graduates are at first asked to work on the spreadsheet. Hence you should make sure that you have some computer knowledge. If you will not have the computer knowledge then I am afraid that you will never be selected. In fact in today’s world no job is achievable if you are not having the computer knowledge. I really feel that you will definitely be loosing on the account that you do not have the computer knowledge.

3. What are your hobbies?
There can be many answers but the best answer would be that you like playing chess, reading novels and so on. What I really mean is that you should try to be mature. If you will not show the maturity then you will definitely loose all the chances of being selected.

4. Have you ever worked as an order entry clerk?
There is nothing wrong in giving the true answer to this question and hence you should speak out the truth. But you will have to prove that you are mature enough as well experienced enough for this job.
