4.How do you calculate employee salary and gratuity?
I calculate the employee salary in accordance with the monthly attendance register. If an employee was absent in a particular month I would deduct that days salary depending upon his number of days absenteeism, from his basic salary. I would calculate an employee gratuity depending upon his number of year’s service in the company.
5.Why have you chosen this career?
As I have done Three year Diploma in Human Resources Management with eight years of working experience, I thought it will be a good idea to pursue this career as I am fully prepared for this field.
