Sir, I commonly use to work seven to nine hours a day and I am a full time employee or manager of the organization.
2. How long did it take you to get through all your schooling?
Sir, at the age of eighteen years, I have completed my Intermediate and after that it took four years to complete my university degree in Pharmacy.
3. What is the most rewarding part about your job?
Sir, I always want to serve the patients. When I use to help them it gives pleasure to me. I go over the top to resolve their problem delivering drugs to their home and coming in from their home specially to resolve a problem etc. The satisfaction of having done a good job and benefitted patients is wonderful experience for me to share.
4. What is the worst part about your job?
Sir, there is no any burden but one thing I want to say that there was more work and few staff and the hospital management didn’t want to change it. So, I think this is the worst part of my job.
5. In which area you would mostly like to improve and why?
Sir, I would like to do improvement in the field of organization skills and time management. This improvement is needed because I think if I will improve my organizational skills and the time management both will benefit me in my future career.
6. How many contacts do you have with the Publics?
Sir, in the retail pharmacy we have lots of contact with the public. We could choose to work in a hospital and we would probably not have very much patient contact at all, but the pay is usually about 5-10% less than retail pharmacy.
