A production controller is responsible for scheduling and coordinating flow of work within departments of some kind of plant to expedite production. 4. What is your educational background?
You cannot tell a lie on this question. There can be only one question for each individual. You can either have an engineering degree or the MBBS degree. People seldom have both the degrees. Hence just recall what you have done and then tell them to the recruiters.
5. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I am a firm believer that you should not recite your weaknesses. Be a strong man and the face the interview. If however you still want to say your weakness then makes sure that you have five strengths for single weaknesses. I really feel that this can go wrong for you sometimes.
6. Who is your favorite icon?
You should be a regular reader and thinker to answer to this question. Just give the name of some famous personality but have the reasons ready because the very next question will be, why?
7. What do you know about the production industry?
Do not go in detail. Just recite one or two line. For example you can say that it is the most important part of any industry.
