A professional Driver also known as a chauffeur operates and drives a variety of vehicles. Their work includes picking up and driving off passengers to the predetermined destinations. 1. Tell us something about yourself in general?
I am a twenty seven years old highly professional driver and I have previously worked in various good car hiring agencies. I am even ready to relocate for this position if you hire me for your company. In my previous jobs my duties included operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy and performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
2. Can you highlight the duties that you performed in your previous positions?
In my previous work positions I performed various duties. I had to transport customers to their destinations of choice during the entire time that they have retained me. I also assisted passengers in the handling of luggage and large packages. In addition to this it was my duty to ensure that the car is cleaned, has ample fuel, and is properly maintained. I was also told to maintain a log of all the trips made up the car.
3. Can you elaborate about the responsibilities that you had in your previous last two jobs?
In the last two agencies in which I worked I had to perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary, fueling the vehicles, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported the day to day trips that I made. I also assisted passengers and handicapped customers in and out of the vehicle. Well these were some of the tasks which I was responsible for.
4. Elaborate about the qualifications and skills a professional drive needs to possess?
A professional driver must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and must also be licensed to drive within the state in which he or she lives. Most of the employers also want the drivers to hold a good driving record and effectively pass drug and criminal background screenings.
