Program coordinator is a person who is responsible for managing the daily routine of the company. If you are in any MNC then you must know that all the employees have an I card and I must tell you that the program the gate opens only with the help of the I card. Hence the work of the program coordinator starts from here. And it ends with the employee leaving the company. He is in fact responsible for guiding all the employees of the company. However he is different from project coordinator who is just responsible for the employees of a project.

1. Tell us something about your past experience.
In order to answer this question you will have to make sure that you give the positive answer. For example you can say that you have always excelled in all the situations up till now. You should also explain why you always excelled. You can say that you excelled because you always used to think according to yourself and not about any bodies at all. This made you to concentrate hard on your job and thus you were able to excel. You can cut short this whole answer in two words and that is hard concentration as well as lots of determination.

2. Have you ever been the program coordinator?
Just speak the truth and do not waste the time on this question. Make sure that you are able to explain your jib profile if you have worked as a program coordinator.

3. What are your hobbies?
Try to give serious answers. For example you can say that you like reading novels as well as you like playing golf. Try to lose some standard hobbies since you are applying for a reputed post.

4. If we select you then what will you do for the company?
This is again a serious answer and believes me that you should give the answer quickly without wasting any time. You can say like this: “what can I say right now, but yes if I will get a chance then I will definitely like to use my skills to maximum limit so that the company is in profit.
