Yes, I will be required to guide all the team members. I will have to decide that what will be the strategies for the future regarding the projects. I will have to talk to the clients and know from them that what the requirements are. I will have to make sure that I am aware of each and every step taken by the employees involved in the project. I will have to make sure that they all are quite aware of the job which is assigned to them.
5. Do you feel that you have the guts to work at such a higher level?
I have been working as a project manager for the past one year. Hence this will just be a next step ahead in my long career. Hence due to the experience as a project manager I am quite confident that I will also excel as a project architect.
6. If some of the employee in your field fell ill then what will you do?
This will definitely be a tricky situation. I would definitely use the concept of the project management to tackle with this project.
7. What are the concepts of the project management which you will use?
In deed I will first check that how many employees are at leave on that day. Only then I will decide that how I will manage the work load. I would also keep in mind the Parkinson laws which state that too many new employees at the end of the project makes the project to look even more longer. Hence I would like to make the project proceed by adding the least number of members.
