The project coordinator is no body else but project manager. As per the ISO standards any company which is ISO certified should follow the rules being laid out by the ISO. The company should have a perfect team. As an example it should have team members which will be headed by the team leader and the team leader will work under the project coordinator. Hence we find out that the Project coordinator is the senior most personality of a team. The whole team work under him. It is his work to make sure that the team is following the ISO standards or not.

Suppose you are the project coordinator of the software team then it is quite sure that you will have to have the knowledge of the software project management.

1. Have you even been the team leader?
It is quite sure that before being the project manager you must have been the team leader in some company. But I must tell you that you must have the thorough experience. You should know that as a team leader what ethics are to be followed and what not to. I must tell you that that the team leader are responsible for checking the work of their team members and the project manager is responsible for checking the work of the team leaders.

2. Tell us about yourself ?
This is one of the questions which can be asked from you as far as the interview is concerned. Believe me that this is a very important question. You might fell in the trap of the recruiter, if you try to give the elaborate answers. Just give the brief answer and in fact what is the need of describing your family. Just give your name, CTC as well as the position at which you are working at present. I must tell you that you should definitely follow this tip.

3. Have you the knowledge of the ISO standards ?
Believe me that it is quite necessary to know about the ISO standards. For example if you are in software development then you must have the knowledge of the ISO 9001 and 9002 standards. If you will not have this knowledge then you will definitely not be able to work as a project coordinator.

4. Why should we select you?
You can say that you can be the best candidate and hence you can select you. But also make sure that you have reasons for answering the cross questions.
