1. Tell us about your experience in managing different projects.
Here you should be fair and confident because this answer will show you as a responsible project manager. You can start by this: I am beginning with my last two projects which were assigned to me during my job. Give the short description of the project, your profile, tasks assigned, goal achieved (give the time limit), the difficulties faced by you in the project, problem solving sessions and how you solved the problems of the people who were working under you.
Demonstrate yourself in such a way that these skills will be useful to you for the post you applying for.
2. How you focused the different teams working for diverse projects towards one goal?
Here you show your managing ability, how you reduced the conflicts within a team, project responsibilities and its roles, risk solving sessions, guiding different personality, appointing different tasks to the people according to their skills. Outline your project management style and why it was successful?
3. Have you got any difficult project, how you completed that?
Yes! I have got number of difficult projects (you can give some examples) and I have completed it within the deadline. I was completed it due to my project planning ability, I have pointed out the critical aspects of the project, risk involved in the project, I divided the project according to the expenditure and so on. Be confident about your accomplishments and indicate how your experiences benefit the company or organization.
4. What do you know about this company?
For answering this question you should do some research on the company. The easiest method to knowing about the company is, going to the company’s website and look on the details given there.
5. What do you do in your spare time?
This question is related to your hobbies you have. Tell your hobbies what you have i.e., what you like to do the most in your free time.
