Retail Store Manager is an authorized person for the retail store of any big organization. He is the divisional officer who performs the duties like that of regularities in the retail store and ensures the growth of its branch. 4. According to you, which is an Ideal Job?
According to me the Ideal Job is that in which I can put my full efforts and my practical knowledge. I will try to implant the ideas of my financial as well as my marketing skills. I have full scope of growth in the future.

5. How you influenced to prefer this career?
Since, from my early stage of education I have decided to take Finance to serve this department. So due to my finance background I always like to work in this branch. So without wasting my time I have decided to serve through this career and widen the area of scope of my knowledge so far.

6. What type of work you will expect in the coming years?
Since, it is not an easy task to predict the future, I instead believe myself as an expert in financial activities. I will try to excel in this field and spread the future opportunities.

7. What do you mean by Compensation?
Compensation is an incentive provided to the non producing retail manager like that of the bonus.
