Risk Management is a process in which the risk factors are assessed and identified that can cause loss of company. The Risk Manager has to make some strategies for their projects or company which could help them in the crisis time. Risks are uncertain and can come any time so it is the risk manager’s responsibility that how he avoid the risk and minimize the loss. Today every company hires a risk manager as they know that in today’s scenario problem can come anytime. They have a huge responsibility of the company in the crisis time; they are the only one who saves the company which is going into the losses.

1. What is risk?
It is a simple question and you can give the answer more accurately if you have some experience in the field. Risk is an uncertain problem which the company can face in its future or current time. They can be natural and unnatural.
2. How did you plan your risk?
For risk planning I prepare a hierarchical chart if the company is facing the risk at present time. For this the risk having probability of greatest loss is treated first and then with lower possibility of loss and so on. For unknown risk I prepare some advance tools for that. If unknown crisis affects the company then that tools helps us to minimize the loss.
3. Have you ever faced any crisis or disaster during your job?
You can give the excellent answer by given the example of recession. During that time what problems you and your company had faced. How you overcome the problem. Share your experiences with the job recruiter.
4. How you managed your company during recession time?
We have cut the expenses of the company and employee. We reduced the allowances of the people working there. We didn’t want to terminate our employees so we reduced their salary somehow.
5. What you think will you fit as risk manager in our company?
Give some best instances to them and say I am serving the company as a risk manager or assistant to the risk manager from the beginning of my career. I have great experiences in this field and definitely I will suits to your company for this post.
