3. What is your job strength for this post?
I am person who can easily convince the people and I enjoy facing the challenges. I am very much dedicated towards my job, with the some examples you can give the answer.
4. What were your job duties in your last job?
I was an assistant sales manager in xyz company, and I have to handle all the issues in the absence of my boss. There was a project under me in which I have to introduce a company’s product in a new market and I successfully achieved the task and now that product is holding the whole market in that area.
5. Did you counsel your lower subordinates on job?
Yes I did, they were good at their work but sometimes it is necessary to counsel them because seldom work pressure dominates and make them to move away from the track and target, there I used to counsel them after their office work.
6. Some of the mistakes you ever did in the job?
Be truthful to your answer and don’t give any blunder you did in your last job. If you did the small mistakes tell them and also say them I learned something new from that and now there is no any place for such type of mistakes in my current job.
