A secretary is a person who is responsible for helping the top officials in their job. I really feel that they are the one who are the closest to the top officials. 3. Who is your role model?
Use two names. The first one should be from the field of economics and the second one should be some actress. If you are cross questioned then you will have to explain why they are your role model. Give the appropriate answer so that you are again not cross questioned.
4. Why do you want to become secretary?
The perfect answer is that you want to become the secretary because you are made for it. You are smart and handsome and hence you will definitely excel in this field.
5. What is your computer knowledge?
You can give the name of any course which you have done related to the computers. However you will have to keep in mind that you have the computer knowledge because it is the must.
