He is responsible for implementing new ideas and presenting them in front of the colleagues and management. He also participates in supervising the construction of a building.     A senior architect has a significant role to play. He is responsible for creating new designs and plans for buildings, based on the information provided by the clients. He deals with devising the map, preparing pre-design documents, zoning and planning issues, estimating cost, preparing budget, and tracking project performance, analyzing and monitoring construction activities.

    4. What have been the biggest accomplishments of your career so far?

    You have to state the challenges that were presented within your previous job, your actions, and the end results. Focus on those accomplishments that directly relate to the current position. The way you answer this question will distinguish you from other applicants since your answer will require you to go beyond the basic job responsibilities.

    5. What is your professional experience?

    I have worked with a well known company and in my 10 years of career I have gained abundant experience in coordinating and implementing design documents. I have knowledge of engineering design, principles and technology. I used to coordinate activities of in-house trades, construction staff and outside contractors along with overseeing the necessary testing activities. I have acquired extensive knowledge of developing initial design, conceptual estimates and task role matrices.
