The person should discuss about his career, i.e. when he started his career, what experience he gained there. The candidate should keep in mind that he should represent the answer briefly and thoroughly.
2. How you are effective in managing your people?
The interviewer wanted to check your management strength and style, how you apply your own theories and concepts on your people.
3. How you convince a people to do a certain task or project?
Remember that with this question interviewer is judging your conflict managing style, your persuasion skills and how you resolve the conflicts.
Give some example from your previous experiences and how did you handled the conflicts during your projects.
4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
You can say that your strength is your will power and I am optimistic person, what you think about, you achieve it. Remember you should present your weakness in such a way that it will never affect your work. So serve yourself as a confident person.
5. What you like, to follow or to lead?
You should say that when I was a fresher I was a follower but today I have gained much experience and now I want to lead in order to show my talent.
6. Would you like to ask anything from us?
Always say yes when this type of questions will be asked because it shows how curious you are about this job. Raise some questions to the interviewers so that they can clear your confusions.
