Sous Chef holds a managerial position in a large hotel next only to Executive Chef. He holds the logistics of a commercial kitchen. The toughest target which I successfully accomplished was the proper execution of the massive buffet party involving 5000 guests with state dignitaries without any complaint. This involved thorough planning with my colleagues and proper execution of the planned work.
