A superintendent may be a person in a church doing the duties of the bishop or he might be some of the ranks in the police. As far as the superintendent of the police is concerned I must tell you that it is a very high ranked job. Even the school superintendent is a highly ranked job and let me tell you that you will have to pass a written examination if you want to become the superintendent.
However even if you pass the interview then also you will have to clear an interview and let me tell you that the interview is one of the most important hurdle which will come your way and you will have to crack it if you want to be in the final list.

1. Why do you want to be a superintendent?
This might be the first questions which might be asked from you and let me tell you that you should use your mind while answering to this question. You can say that this is a very high ranked job and the society gives special respect to them. The money is also quite good and these are some of the reasons why I want to become a superintendent.
2. What score did you got in the written examination?
You should keep in mind that the recruiters have the list and hence you should tell the truth. And yes it is quite true that there are some extra points awarded to the high scoring individuals. Let me also tell you one more thing and that is you should know this point before sitting in the written examination. This will definitely help you as well as motivate you to get the good marks in the written examination.
3. What are your strength and weaknesses?
I really feel that you should just tell about the strength and please do not waste your time in reciting the weaknesses. If you will do that then you will definitely fell in some trouble and believe me that no recruiters would like to select you if you will recite a long list of weaknesses. However if you do wish to recite your weaknesses then you can do that by reciting some of the general weaknesses. For example you can say that you cannot continue your work in noisy places. You can also say that you do not like to eat oily food and so on.
4. Who is your idol?
Do not waste you time and just recite the name of some person about whom you know in detail so that you can answer the cross questions.
