  • Training Coordinator coordinates with different departments in respect to the essential and effective all round training of its staff so that they are fully prepared for the tougher future assignments. He organizes internal and external training programs; Training Coordinator prepares training guide and material for the company. He also maintains essential records of each employee training program. Training Coordinator works under the effective eye of the Training Manager in the proper training methods for each department.

    1.Why should you maintain Performance Appraisal Report?
    It is very important to maintain employee appraisal report which indicates a particular employee’s performance over a period of time. It shows the correct measurement of an employee who was successful in achieving his target within the designated period of time and was duly rewarded for its efforts. It gives a better understanding of an employee’s abilities.

    2.If selected how long would you stay in this company?
    If selected I’ll try to remain as long as possible as I know that my skills and knowledge will be improved here by continuous expert training and guidance. I am fully aware of the rewards and compensations which this company imparts to truly deserving employees. I want to improve my future prospects and I believe that this is the perfect place to be in.

    3.How much is your salary expectation?
    Salary should be adequate depending upon my previous working experience and educational qualification. Salary should be commensurate with work. It should not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. I think that my bonuses, insurances well be dealt accordingly. I would expect the salary range to be very competitive and at the same time realistic.

    4.What would you do in order to be successful in our company?
    I would adhere to strict policies and procedures which are prescribed by your company; I would exceed company’s expectations in respect to performance and would try to achieve the goals in the stipulated time frame. I would constantly try to motivate myself to achieve higher growth and development.

    5.Which is your biggest achievement till date?  
    My biggest achievement was the proper planning and execution of the training methods in close coordination with the Training Manager related to different employees with multicultural working habits at my previous job. Their diverse working culture, adaptability was closely monitored and accordingly judged for their performances.
