Training Specialist would formulate special training modules in order to enhance ones abilities. I will not try to make a specialist training guide which is very tough and complex. I would make simple training methods but at the same time competitive so that it brings out the best from an employee. I will not differentiate between two employees of diverse cultures but would give an accurate performance appraisal.
