  • Training Specialist is one who specializes in a specific kind of training. He thoroughly knows all the nuances of this particular training. Training Specialist would formulate special training modules in order to enhance ones abilities. He would prepare specific training manuals with accurate information of the concerned department i.e. job title, job code, report to, job purpose etc. He would also monitor training costs and budgets and would see to it that the costs are not exceeding.

     Interview process is a two way communication process wherein the employer gauges the essential requisites of a candidate.
     
    1.Why do you need proper training tools and methods? 
    It is very essential to prepare basic training tools and methods so that an employee is judged accurately upon his performance without any shortcomings. If an employee increases its productivity solely on the basis of correct training then the training specialist is also rewarded for its immaculate task.

    2.How would you judge an employee’s performance?
    Training Specialist can easily judge an employee’s productivity and performance by referring to accurate training tools and methods. If an employee completes a task within the stipulated time frame in accordance with the training manual, then that employee is considered to be performing well and achieving its targets.

    3.Which actions you would not take in preparing the training manual?
    I will not try to make a specialist training guide which is very tough and complex. I would make simple training methods but at the same time competitive so that it brings out the best from an employee. I will not differentiate between two employees of diverse cultures but would give an accurate performance appraisal.

    4.Why have you chosen this career?
    I have chosen this career depending upon my educational and professional experience. I want to cater to different companies; I would like to give my expertise to the respective companies in the most professional manner.

    5.Tell me something about yourself?
    I have done my higher secondary and senior secondary education from a well known college. I did six months internship program at the most reputable company which honed my productivity to a higher level. I am very passionate about my work. I am a perfectionist and give ear to each and every minute detail that concerns my work. I believe in strong work ethics.
