A typist is a person who types all the things which is being told to him. Let me tell you that if you want to become a typist then the first thing which you should have is the typing speed. It is quite mandatory that your typing speed should be at least 50 words per minute. This is definitely the first requirement and believes me that you will be only selected as a typist if you are having a good typing speed. Apart from this you should have good English as well. However you will have to pass an interview if you want to be selected as a typist. There will be many questions which will be asked from you as far as the interview is concerned.
I am now going to list some of the interview questions which will be asked from you as far as the interview is concerned. The interview questions are as follows:
1. What is your typing speed?
You should know that the typing speed is the most important weapon which the typists have? An average typist should have at least a typing speed of 60 words per minute. Let me tell you that it is really not easy to have such a good typing speed. You will have to practice very hard. However you will have to make sure that you have this typing speed.
2. How is your English?
This will definitely be the second question which will be asked from you. And I must tell you that you should have a good English otherwise not only your typing speed will be in trouble but also your error free writing ability. Just think from your heart that will you feel free to type if you do not have the good English. I really feel that you will definitely find it quite difficult and you will be in deep trouble. In fact you will not be selected if you have poor English.
3. What is your qualification?
I really feel that the qualification depends upon the company where you are applying. It might be that the company might require you to be the graduate or it might also be that they just require you to have a high school certificate. It all depends upon the degree of toughness of the matter which you are going to type.
4. What is your work experience?
This is another question which can be asked from you. And I must tell you that you need to have good relation with the HR of the previous companies. If you will not have the good relation then you will definitely feel quite confused whether to tell about the work experience or not. This is the main reason why you should have the good relation with the HR since your new company will ask them about you.
These are some of the questions which you may be asked while giving the interview of the typists. Best of luck from my side!
