I feel that the growing corruption amongst the government officials is the biggest threat that our industry is facing. Due to increased corruption there is mismanagement and misallocation of resources. This is not healthy for the growth of our industry.
5. How would you evaluate your ability to deal with the conflict?
I feel that I am pretty good in handling all kinds of conflicts and work pressures. I do not get hyper at the time of crisis but instead try to think of the ways to get out of it. I am very well aware of the fact that if there is a problem then there always is a solution.
