This is a big post and only some big HR gets the chance to close these openings. The commission which they get is also awesome. However these points are about the recruiters. Believe me that as a Vice President you will be responsible for some of the great jobs which will also include some secrets of the company which cannot be shared by any other person from outside. Hence the HR looks for some people who has at least 10 to 12 years of experience in the same field and also they are quite honest.
The CTC factor does not matter for this post and the employers are generally ready to pay any amount if they find an able person.

However you will have to pass an interview as well. However this interview is not as easy as the other interviews like that of a trainee. I must say that you will stretch I all directions before you are finally selected. I must also tell you that the question which will be asked will be a bit different than the other interviews. You might be asked some current affair questions. Some of those questions are as follows:

1. Why Obama is supporting the Palestine when the other presidents were supporting Israel?
This is a latest question and lots of debate is required to finally come to any conclusion. Since you are now at the high post hence you will be sitting in some lobby of some seven star hotels. The recruiters will definitely be seeing what the other peoples around are thinking about you. All these factors will be seen while your interview is under way. And you will also have to answer to the above question. In fact you will have to make sure that you present your self in best possible way while answering to the above question.

2. Do you love working with a team?
This is another question which can be asked from you and you will have to give the positive answer to this question. If you will not give the proper answer then it is all over for you.

3. How many members are there in your family?
Make sure that you do not go deep. Just give a precise answer. For example you can say that we are four in all, me my wife Sandra and my two children Joe and Jill. Just give a precise answer and you will be fine.

However I would like to add one more thing and that is you should not afford to go wrong for even a single time. I you will go wrong then believe me that your chances of being selected will be very low.
