The ZENworks is a suite of software products developed and maintained by Novell, Inc. A consultant is a specialized person who gives expert or professional advice to others. A ZENworks Consultant gives advice related to computer systems management and also helps to manage life cycle of servers, PCs, and of handled devices.

1. Please tell us something about the roles and responsibilities that you had in your previous positions?
In my previous job, I performed a variety of important tasks. I had to support multiple server platforms and multiple directory services. I use to collect, analyze, and deliver patches throughout an enterprise network. I synchronized data in a specified local folder with an ifolder server. I also updated, configured Windows, NetWare, and Linux servers and managed troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and laptops from a central location.
2. Please tell us something about your qualifications and experience?
I have an extensive experience of seven years as a ZENworks consultant where I worked on nine packages of ZENworks suite. I have a great knowledge of Novell, Inc. products. I am also experienced in managing the entire life cycle of servers with the help of products and I am also capable to fixing bugs on RPMs. I possess very good customer service skills, interpersonal, management, organizational and problem solving skills.
3. Tell me about your educational background?
Just give a short detail of your academic background. I have done B.E.IT from a well known institute. I have also completed related courses from reputed collages.
4. What are your technical skills?
I have deep knowledge of various programming languages such as C, C++, Java, .NET, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVA Proxy, JDK and Servlet. I am also efficient in databases such as My-SQL, Oracle, Access, DB2 and operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, Windows and DOS.
5. What do you think it takes to be successful in an organization like this?
I think willpower, leadership qualities, eagerness to work, excellent communication skills, and team spirit are key attributes required for this kind of job. I carry all those attributes that will make me successful in my job.
