The zoning specialist is a person who does some research and decides that how some land can be used. He decides that which is the best way of using the land? You should keep in mind that these are some of the analytical questions which can be asked from you. Actually this is the work which you have to do. You will have to analyze the case through all the angles. Only then you will be able to decide that what is the most appropriate use of this land?
3.Have you ever allotted a land for building a Mall?
You should realize that you are at a very high post now. This is a government job and you need to be extra cautious while taking the decision. Answer to this question honestly as all of your details are made available to the recruiter in advance.
4.What precaution will you take while allotting a land for building a bridge?
I will just look at the area and examine the population density as well as the traffic. If there is some obstruction on the road then I will definitely allow the building of the bridge. However there is one another angle as well. Suppose there is some market. Then it is quite sure that if the bridge is being built then the market will loose its importance. Hence I will think twice before allotting the land for building the bridge.
5.Why do you feel that you are the best person for this job?
I have been working in this field for more than six years now. During this time I have been awarded many times. I really feel that I am the best for this job.
